Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA within 6-8 business days. Order confirmation, shipping, and delivery notifications will be sent via email.
Route Insurance for Enhanced Protection:
Opt for Route Insurance during checkout to ensure premium package protection for your RHUDE OFFICIALS order. This coverage includes lost, stolen, or damaged packages, with a quick and easy claims process through the Route Claims Portal. Note that Route Insurance is non-refundable.
Filing a Claim with Route:
If you’ve insured your order with Route, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to file a claim. Have your RHUDE Order Number or Route Order ID ready for the claim form. Route aims to review and approve claims within 24-48 hours.
Pre-Orders, Collaborations, and International Orders:
- Pre-Orders: Shipped upon stock availability, with the estimated delivery date mentioned in the product description. Not eligible for cancellations or refunds.
- Licensed Collaborations: Limited edition items, such as the Rhude x Lamborghini collection, cannot be canceled or refunded. Exchanges within the collection accepted within 15 days of purchase.
- International Orders: Shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for paying import duties. Returned international orders may incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns, Exchanges, and Restocking Fees:
- Returns: Domestic orders can be returned for free within 15 days, with international returns incurring processing fees. Items must be in new, unworn condition.
- Exchanges: Possible within 15 days, except for international orders. Initiate returns or exchanges by contacting support@rhude-officials.com.
